WHAT IS ORGANIC PIMA COTTON?
Pima is an extra-long staple cotton, known for its softness and durability. It`s characteristics classify it as a luxury fibre.
Organic Pima cotton is available in very limited quantities. A typical annual production accounts for less than 0,01% of the entire global annual cotton yield.
WHAT IS THE FIT & SIZES?
Our fit is between a slim and medium; its not a snug fit. This is why we suggest to sometimes size up if the child is above average in their size or growth. Please refer to our size charts for more help or contact us at email@example.com
WHICH SIZE DO I CHOOSE?
We all come in different shapes and sizes, even kids! Sizes are based on age and height range, so start with that. If the child is slightly smaller or true to size then stick with the height range of the garment. If the child is above average then we suggest to size up. Size up and you can’t go wrong.

HOW MUCH OF THE COLLECTION IS ORGANIC CERTIFIED COTTON?
100%. All of our garments are made from GOTS certified organic cotton, that’s a given! Our Sleepwear has a 3% elastane mix, this gives the garments extra hold and allows shape retention. For our first collection we have produced all products from organic Pima cotton.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE AN ORDER?
No, however basic security requirements mean you need to provide us with a valid email address and contact details during the checkout process. If you wish to create an account then you can do so in the check out process.

Our aim is that orders are processed, packed and dispatched within 16 hours. Shipping takes between 1-5 working days depending on the country of delivery. Within the E.U shipping averages 2 days.

HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
If you want a refund, we will give you a full refund within 14 days of purchase and will also provide you a full refund within 30 days of purchase if all the purchased items have no quality issues with respect to wear & tear. If items returned have obviously not been taken good care of then let us take a look and we will of course take each situation as it is.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS REFUNDS & RETURNS?
In general within 10 working days and depending on the country of your bank it might take another 2-3 days to receive the refund. In some cases refunds can take up to 30 days.
HOW DO I RETURN AN UNUSED ITEM?
Unused means that the garment(s) should be clean, unworn and have all of their tags on. We will send you a return slip via e-mail for you to attach to the postage and we will confirm your returns by email.
HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?
